As Chef-Proprietor of the Corviglia Restaurants in St. Moritz, Reto is not only preserving the culinary style of his famous father, but also combining the latest trends in cuisine with tradition.

Last year he opened the unique “Corviglia Yacht Club,” 8000 feet above sea level. What a unique setting to enjoy Champagne and Truffle Pizza on an historic Yacht above the clouds!
