Thereafter you will be served a six-course Dinner, prepared by Reto Mathis, Corviglia Restaurants, St. Moritz, Switzerland; Hans-Henrik Välimäki, Restaurant “Chez Dominique”, Helsinki, Finland; Sam Leong, “Tung Lok” Restaurants, Singapore; Kenny Kong, Swissotel The Stamford & Raffles Plaza, Singapore; Tom Colicchio, Restaurant “Craftsteak”, MGM Grand and the brigade of Steven Peterson, Executive Chef, MGM Grand accompanied by wines from the world’s greatest vineyards.
Before the Main course, the very first “International Food & Beverage Forum Wine Awards” will be awarded to the winning wineries for the best wines presented during the Wine Exhibition on November 20th & 21st.
